Our unique stripping disc system is designed to be easily installed and replaced during operation.

Our injected edge strip can be directly injected with the aluminum sheet which is hardly to be removed except mechanical destruction. It can ensure longer service life because the filled sealant in the cavity can avoid the corrosion of aluminum sheet under the edge strip.

Our own developed anti-corrosion system above solution line can protect the cathode sheet above the solution line from acid mist corrosion. It can extends the sheet life more than 8 to 12 months in harsh electrolyte environment (Cl above 600ml/L, and Fl above 50mg/L) compared to those without protection.
